Experience
I have always enjoyed being a tutor, and love explaining new things to people. I have taught Math and Biology to my high school's Academic Decathlon team. We won and went on to Nationals, and I am proud of my contribution to them. I am also well-versed in test prep, having gotten a high score of 36 on two of the four ACT sections. I also got 2300 out of 2400 when I took the SAT.I offer tutoring in Algebra 1 and 2, Elementary and Middle School Math, Biology, Latin 1 and 2, Pre-Algebra, Life Sciences, and Languages. I also help students with test prep in SAT Math, Verbal, Critical Reading, and Writing, and ACT Reading, Writing, Science, Math, and English. I am currently in my third year at the University of Arizona. There, I am majoring in Biology, specifically Molecular and Cellular Biology. I am in honors classes, as well as working with the school's research labs doing genetic research. When I am not busy at school, I love to play the piccolo and the flute. I also enjoy running and reading.
