I am a senior, a Spanish major and Education minor at the University of Arizona.
Experience
I tutored sixth to eight graders at a charter school and a bilingual school. My main tasks at the charter school was helping the students with their reading and writing skills, as well as history. At the bilingual school I would help students think about college, locating resources and making them available for them. I would love to be a tutor because I highly enjoy helping students grow through education. I find each of them with a good tutor/mentor and student relationship can succeed in their classes. Finally, the classes I have taken at the university are Spanish, History, English, and Social Studies.
