I love all things nature, and I always wanted to attend college and major in something I love. I am currently attending the University of Arizona and working towards my bachelor's degree, majoring in both Biology and Chemistry. However, I have another passion, and that is the passion of the written word. I have always been an exceptional student when it comes to reading and writing, and have done well in all of my English-related classes in high school, even taking Advanced Placement classes. When it came time for me to take my college entrance exams, I excelled in the writing, reading, and literature sections. It is with this vast knowledge of both science and English/Literature that I excel at working with children who need some extra assistance with their studies. I would be great at assisting younger children to understand the English language and all of its intricacies, as well as helping older children prep for their college entrance exams. I understand what pressures a student may be going through while being stumped on a subject, and I love helping a child understand and get excited about what they are learning.
