I'm assistant director of the Museum of the Horse Soldier. I attended the University of Arizona for my bachelor's degree in history, and my academic base includes history, artifact collection, displays interpretation, and library and archival studies. I've 10 years of experience tutoring students in history, writing, and language at the college level. I'm a strong leader, and I have strong communication skills, and this makes me an effective tutor. I enjoy helping people understand topics and in developing critical thinking skills. I also focus on helping students to connect with the material we study through relating them to other topics and interests. I can tutor students in essay writing, essay editing, ESL, German, history, government, comparative literature, English, and other related topics. In my free time I like to ride horses, be outdoors, read, and travel.
