I like to work with my students so that we can create individualized lesson plans based around their unique needs. I know that all students learn differently, and I try to accommodate this, as well as generate interest in the subject we are studying, and get them to take an active role in their education.I was able to teach one-on-one while I was a Fulbright Scholar in Chile, and I have also worked as a teaching assistant for English and Spanish languages. In addition, I have helped in editing and proofreading papers for students.I offer tutoring in College Essays, Essay Editing, Grammar and Mechanics, Writing, ESL/ELL, Spanish American History, Economics, Microeconomics, World History, English, Social Studies, Business, and Languages. I also help with test prep for ACT Math, Writing, English, and Science; SAT Math and Critical Reading; GED; GMAT Verbal and Quantitative; GRE Verbal and Quantitative; and LSAT Analytical Reasoning, Essay Section, Logical Reasoning, and Reading Comprehension.I am a graduate of the University of Georgia, as well as University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I have a master's in City and Regional Planning, as well as a bachelor's in Economics and Geography.In my free time, I love to go hiking, as well as ride my bike, and travel to different places.
