Currently a graduate student at the University of Arizona working towards my PhD, I am excited to share my teaching experiences thus far, in both the public and private school sectors. Highly motivated by each individual student's success, my goal is to have each student revel in that "aha" moment of mastering a subject. My teaching philosophy is that students best engage and retain information when they are taught by someone truly passionate about the subject matter at hand. Therefore, I focus my teaching specialty in History and Social Studies, which I believe to be are some of the most fascinating subjects, as it is always relevant to understand the why something came to be to comprehend where it is going. Having spent time studying in Italy, I am well-versed in teaching World History, Ancient History, and Latin, as I've experienced the incredible past civilizations first-hand. In my free time outside of class and work, I am an avid sports fan (Go Wildcats!), love reading, hiking, and being outdoors.
