I am excited to have the opportunity to assist students on their academic journeys. My tutoring style involves working one-on-one with students in order to focus on the individual and their own personal needs. I encourage my students to actively engage with the material in order to build habits and confidence. I want to remind those who come under my guidance that learning can be enjoyable. I enjoy tutoring in a variety of subjects. My mathematic fields include elementary math, middle school math, algebra 1-2, geometry, pre-calculus, and trigonometry. In language, I can offer help in English, literature, grammar, reading, writing, essay editing, and French. I am also knowledgeable in science, biology, anatomy, microbiology, physics, and physiology. I am currently available for summer tutoring as well. I currently reside in Tucson, Arizona and have attended Arizona State University. When I am not in the classroom, I still find myself learning about multiculturalism, psychology, Indian and European Classical Music Theory, and languages. I am a lover of music; I enjoy playing the flute and singing. I like to cook, meet new people, sew, and laugh. I keep my body active by participating in Indian and Latino Dancing as well as Capoeira. As for my mind, I maintain it by practicing yoga and meditating.
