I'm certified as a math teacher, and I currently teach algebra in sixth grade math. I love math, and I enjoy showing students how math is used everywhere in our lives. As a tutor and teacher, I want my students to understand math and to become confident in their abilities as mathematicians. I aim to remove or reduce any anxiety students have towards math. My favorite moment as a math educator is when a student's light goes on because they understand a math concept. In my free time, I like to practice photography, bake, swim, run, and read.
