Experience
I have two years of teaching experience as a Maths and Science teacher in schools for grades 6-12.I am comfortable tutoring students in a wide range of subject areas, including algebra 1, geometry, algebra 2, chemistry. Teaching requires good explanations with the chance to practice each piece until it is mastered. I can help students understand each bit and manage time for in class problem practice sessions. Patience, clarity, and practice can work miracles! My strengths as a tutor are that I am very patient and I am able to come up with many different ways of explaining things until they make sense to you. There is no better feeling then helping someone achieve their academic goals.
