I have been a teacher for 20 years. 10 of those years were in grades 1 through 3. The other 10 years were in public education preschools that accommodated children with special needs and their typical peers. For the last 6 years I have tutored in my school district. Working with children one to one or in small groups has shown me what a huge impact the personal attention means in a child's development. I want to tutor to continue to make that huge impact.

I enjoy assisting children with their exploration of nature/science. Children having fun while they learn is a priority!
