Experience
I have experience as a physics teaching assistant at the University of Arizona. In addition to running a lab session, this means I held office hours during which I helped my students one-on-one with their classwork. I also worked weekly in the consultation room where any undergrad students could stop by and get help with their physics classes. Ever since high school I've insisted on helping my friends and classmates do their own homework instead of just letting them use my work; the goal isn't good grades per se, but rather an understanding of the material. From that, good grades will follow.
